Rick is married to Faye and after a wonderful career in the Engineering field, he has decided to make a science out of this thing we call fashion retail. So far he's realized it's more like trying to herd cats than an organized business, but little-by-little he is making progress. He also helps maintain the website. Looks pretty good, huh? No we're not talking about your picture Rick, we meant the website.

Hobbies: Woodworking, Wilderness camping, Cooking, and Taking the dogs to the dog park (the dogs are convinced they are the "three marshals" of the park).

Michelle works side-by-side with Rick and Faye to help manage both of the stores. She really keeps us on our toes. We'd say she's one tough cookie, but cookies are not her specialty. She's actually a certified cake decorator...so we guess you could say she's one tough piece of cake?

Hobbies: Hiking in the woods, Attending her kids' sporting events, and Trap shooting (Redneck? We think not. Just a whole-hearted Wisconsin woman!)

Oh la la, look at that glamour shot! Don't let that stone cold stare fool you, she's one of the bubbliest people you'll ever meet. Tiff heads the selling floor in Mequon. You know all that good energy you feel when you're here? It's because of her.

Hobbies: Going to Sunday matinees, Reading, and Hanging with the family and her 2 dogs, Bailey and Chester. Chester is Tiff's new cockapoo puppy ...don't go near him unless you want one of your own. Yes, he's seriously that cute.

Andrea is a fashion marketing graduate from the Illinois Institute of Art. So she pretty much has a degree in always knowing what's hot and what's not. She's a sale associate in Brookfield and she also helps out Faye and Linda L. with the buying activities. We've heard her wheel and deal on the phone and we know she's gonna get us exactly what the store wants.

Hobbies: Traveling, Trying new restaurants, and Reading fashion and gossip magazines (Gotta keep up with the trends!) Andrea just moved here from the big Windy City, so she also likes to spend time back in Chicago shopping and visiting her buds.

Chantal Otto

Chantal aka "CJ" Otto is a marketing graduate from UWM. CJ helps deal with the marketing and advertising for the store- Radio, Print, TV, Internet...you name it, we're doin it. It's CJ's job to keep us one step ahead of the game. There's a lot of creativity involved in the process, so she says it's the perfect mix of art and business.

Hobbies: Snowboarding, Playing and watching sports, and any outdoor adventure she can find (CJ is extremely proud of her trophy fish wall at home)

Chelli Rettmann

Chelli does all of our administrative work at FAYE's. She also does all of the shipping and receiving, so that means she always gets the first glance at the new stuff coming in. LUCKY!

Hobbies: Reading, Spending time with the kids and husband, and Doing stuff outdoors (As long as it's warm out). She probably won't admit it, but she's one heck of a baker too...her poppy seed bread is delish!

Grace is buzzin' around on the sales floor almost every day in Brookfield. She has over 20 years of experience in sales and personal shopping for fashion retail. She is from Peru and has lived from east coast to west coast, so we can truly say she has world class style. She is a mother of three, and still has tons of great energy every time she's on the selling floor. Seriously, how does she do it??

Hobbies: Shopping, Fashion and Making sure one does not wear what they're not supposed to (Ha, good one!)

It's totally worth your while to scoot down when she's here ..she has the talent of knowing exactly what her customers need, and she always makes them look their very best!

Talk about a multi-tasker. This lady has eight arms we swear. Linda knows how to make the most out of every minute of the day. She is a buyer for the store, and a sales associate. And if we ever get merchandise that's not quite right, she's on the phone taking care of things- wheelin and dealin just for us!


Hobbies: Cooking, Baking and Playing cards (Oh man, we're sure she has a stone-cold poker face, and we bet she's not bluffing...)
