Faye's Staff

Her name’s on the door.  She owns the joint, and loves every aspect of the business. Like our very own superhero, she always seems to be in two places at once. Don't be surprised if you hear her on AM radio, see her in the store that afternoon, and then catch on her on TV in the evening.

Faye has five stepchildren and 11 grandchildren.

Hobbies: Reading; movies; cooking; eating; and spending time at home with Rick and their animals.

Rick is married to business partner Faye.  After a career in technology, he has decided to make a science out of this thing we call fashion retail. So far he's realized it's more like trying to herd cats than an organized business. But little-by-little he is making progress. He also helps maintain the website. Looks pretty good, huh? Rick has two children and 5 grandchildren in Minneapolis.

Hobbies: Woodworking; wilderness camping; cooking; SCUBA diving and taking dogs Ned, Lewis and Jane to the dog park. 

Michelle works side-by-side with Rick and Faye to make sure store operations are runnin' smooth. She really keeps us on our toes. We'd say she's one tough cookie, but cookies are not her specialty. She's actually a certified cake decorator.

Hobbies: Hiking in the woods; attending her kids' sporting events; and trap shooting (Just a true-blooded Wisconsin woman).
 

Linda Lanigan heads up our buying team. We are always a step ahead of the competition with Linda at our helm. One day she can be a selling machine on the sales floor in Mequon, and the next day she is on the red eye from LA back to Mequon for hugs from her family. And then it's off to the Big Apple. When she isn’t out scouting trends she is in negotiations with vendors. I don’t think we ever recall a vendor saying "no" to our Linda. Are you getting the picture? This women is a machine. When she isn’t “working”  Linda enjoys time with family and friends. Did we mention that she also loves to cook? 

Om, om...are you feeling the zen? Jen strives for the perfect balance between the elegance and the playful in our stores. Ever wonder why the stores look so DARN good? It's because of her. Jen is our visual merchandiser. She knows how to keep things looking fresh. Olio!

Hobbies: Art; fashion; fitness; and "Making the world a more beautiful place."

CJ is a marketing graduate from UWM. She deals with all of the marketing and advertising at Faye's-- TV; radio; print; fashion shows; events; etc...you name it, she's doing it for real. No, you won't see her on camera...she's behind the scenes and chasing dreams (it's what she prefers!).There's a lot of creativity involved in the process, so she says it's the perfect mix of art and business.

Hobbies: Anything outdoors; running/hiking; film; and music.

Chelli has been with Faye’s since 2004 and has done it all: sales, invoicing, purchase ordering, shipping, and receiving.  She gets the first look at all our new arrivals!  When she's not at the store Chelli is also an Office Manager for a non-profit foundation. 

Hobbies: enjoys walking, biking, crocheting, reading, spending time with her husband and two busy teenage children, and baking.  She even has a blue ribbon award winning recipe for her lemon poppy seed bread!

Jill H. has been with us since June 2012. She has a beautiful background...no joke, she's worked in the Beauty Industry for over 20 years! The fashion field suits her well, she's a "girlie girl" through-and-through. Fittingly, she has a natural knack for how things work in the Faye's Fashion world.

Hobbies: fitness and healthy living; studying alternative therapies; and teaching people about wellness.

 

Jill M. is an art graduate from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. She's the one that takes all of the beautiful pictures for our wonderous website, keeps you up-to-date on our social media, and helps at various Faye's fashion events. We are so thankful to have Jill as our gal Friday- her smile is contagious!

Hobbies: Painting; photography; fashion; reading; cooking; music/concerts; hanging out with friends & family; and trying new restaurants

Her voice is enough to convince you that Katie is one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet...no, seriously! We like Katie because she's an amazing talker (she presents at fashion seminars for us), and it makes sense 'cuz she is a Journalism and Mass Communications graduate from UWM. She's worked retail for the past 11 years...it's safe to say she knows what she's doin'.

Hobbies: Trying new restaurants; going to sporting events; shopping; and watching reality television.
 

Linda to some, but to us she's LZ. She is a lead sales person in Mequon and heads up our shoe department. LZ loves our customers, and they love her. She really knows how to dress a customer from head to toe (she has been known to pull out her make-up kit from her days as a beauty consultant for Bobbi Brown and add the final touches). As a matter of fact, LZ continues to make over her colleagues, cosmetic shop for them and, yes,  is responsible for Faye wearing a little more blush. LZ may be small in stature, but her presence in the store is grand.  

Loredana aka "Lola" aka "Lo" studied at FIT in NYC and Columbia in Chicago before coming to MILWAUKEE to study fashion merchandising. Life as an Intern at Faye's requires A LOT of stamina, so hopefully her avid swimming skills from High School will help her out there! Lola does it all...she helps Linda write orders, she helps the receiving department, and she helps the sales staff. Now that's an intern!

Hobbies: DIY crafting; biking; spending time with fam/friends; and spontaneous road tripping!

 

Michele has been part of the “Fayes  Family” since 2008.  She definitely has a passion for fashion.  Her signature style is reflected in both her personal and  professional life. Whether it be dressing a client in Boca Raton or one of our local celebs,  you can always count on Michele for the latest and greatest fashion advice. In her spare time she enjoys her love of interior design.  Check out the great design remodel she and Jen have done in our Mequon store

Hobbies:  Fashion; decorating; cooking; gardening; travel; and spending time with her daughters and beautiful little grandaughter.

A rose is a rose, is a rose...but our Rose is one of a kind. This lovely lady is at your service! She's worked in insurance, finance and retail fields (retail being the most fun of the three), all which have given her a genuine love for helping people. Rose is also good for a few laughs..she gets us almost every time.

Hobbies: Spending time with her two sons, and the rest of her family and friends; beading; and music.


 

Sarah started off with a college degree in Fashion Merchandising and she's been in fashion retail ever since. Sarah's retail career blossomed when she lived in Dallas for 7 years. She's managed multiple retail stores and has an impressive background in organzing and styling high end fashion shows. Her passion for the business comes from her love of fashion and, "Helping women feel beautiful and confident."

Hobbies: fashion (of course!); spending time with family, friends and her adorable baby boy, Cade.

Sharon helps Michelle Karch with all of the super fun "behind the scenes" stuff at Faye's. In other words, she helps out with a lot of the administration work...and she is darn good at it. She is one of the most organized gals we have ever met. Don't try to sneak anything past Sharon...she doesn't forget anything!

Hobbies: reading; working out; bird watching (she likes to attract them to her feeders outside); and keeping sane while raising two "crazy" teenage sons

Shelly joined Faye's in March 2013. She comes from a 23-year background in the finance/tech industry...woah, we've got a numbers girl here! This means she'll do wonders at finding the perfect outfit on ANY budget! Shelly has a real passion for style. What's her fashion forte? Accessorizing! One is never enough...right everyone?

Hobbies: Cooking; helping friends decorate their homes; exercising; and going to the movies. 

Before coming to work for Faye’s, Tami's life consisted of traveling the world with her husband, Don, who was a pitcher in Major League Baseball for 17 years, 5 of which he spent with the Milwaukee Brewers, and raising her son Logan who is now a Sophomore at UW Madison studying Business.  Tami is still very active in the baseball community running summer camps and clinics in Southeastern WI.  She was also a hair stylist and did styling for fashion photography. A real home run!

Tiffany has spent the last 20 plus years in retail and ½ of them have been spent at Faye’s!  Tiffany works four days in Mequon and then heads over to Brookfield every Thursday.  In her “off” time TLC enjoys spending time with her family.

Hobbies: Reading a good book; Sunday matinees (she seldom skips); checking out local eateries with friends.
